Mérida, Yucatán
Two ways to train.
One building.
An official Hyrox Training Club and an Elite Jiu-Jitsu academy under one roof, with one membership and one price list.
Concept image.
Why it is one building
Train at the same time.
Classes start at the same minute on both sides. A parent drops a child on the mat at four o'clock and is on the fitness floor thirty seconds later. At the end of the hour they swap, or they watch from The Overlook with a coffee.
The combined membership costs less than buying both.
They belong together
Conditioning and skill.
Jiu-Jitsu is a conditioning problem before it is a technical one. Grip goes first, then the legs, then the decisions.
Hyrox trains exactly that. Sustained work under fatigue, sleds, carries, loaded lunges, then running with your legs already gone. Every movement is one the body already knows, so it builds the engine without adding injury risk.
The conditioning and the skill, either side of the same entrance.
The Overlook
Above both floors.
Coffee and juice bar, lounge seating, and a view down onto both floors. Changing rooms and showers at each end.
If you are here with a child, this is where you spend the hour. Air conditioned, comfortable, with a table and a view straight down onto the floor.
Nobody waits outside here.
